making this an ask all because i’m actually curious as to everyone’s response
now before i go into this, i really don’t care if genshin adds a skip button or not, or about how long the dialogue is or blah blah blah.
but hot take, if you do not play genshin for the story AT ALL, like genuinely NONE OF IT interests you, literally don’t play the game, it’s okay to admit the game isn’t for you because it’s a story based game, fuck, play HSR, imo that’s more combat based if you want a combat game
I think this is why I have nearly zero attachment to most HSR characters, because we aren't exactly given a lot of story in a way 🤔 I'm probably reaching but I always enjoyed the Aeons more, and a bit of the Xianzhou because of the amount of story that's packed with them. Or I'm biased. Regardless, I agree oomf
