I’ve been into Haoxin for a hot minute too. What put the final nail in the coffin for me was the guest host setting Anxin up to talk about kissing other contestants just for him to reveal he kisses Jiahao the most, genuinely complain about Jiahao never kissing him back, get extremely flustered at the mere suggestion of that happening, get pulled in by his jacket so he can’t run away, and become so giggly after the kiss that he says how happy he is & actually thanks the host for the opportunity. It was crazy to witness Anxin who’s normally super touchy with everyone turn into a blushing virgin over Jiahao
so so so glad you stumbled your way over here i’ve been tuned in to them since like ?? october?? i really gotta talk about them more. anxin vies so hard for hao’s attention it’s honestly very sweet of him. he wants hao to express his affection for him so bad and jiahao wants to pretend to be stoney about it so bad. i really think he struggles to put up and maintain boundaries with anxin. anxin is such a dog of a boy, always excited, always looking for approval, always looking for more than he can get. he’s very much a give an inch, take a mile type and that’s something i’ve really come to appreciate abt him. the way anxin acts with hao is in such stark contrast with literally every other person we’ve seen him on screen with. so fascinating that the person he’s had a relationship with for the longest is seemingly the person he’s the most eager for his affection/approval. you wanna be special to ur hao ge so bad don’t you anxin. they make me sick they’re such a srs ship to me.
