Did you know Ouran Host Club had a live action TV show adaptation and Haninozuka (the Lolishota-type) was the only host whose type they changed? (He was changed to the Lovely-type)

I mean I sorta get it for a live action, like you'd either have to find a really young looking adult actor or put a child actor in the role and the latter is some supremely bad optics
