i dontknow if i can agree Like. i ok Wait i wanna share something that i still feel really horrible about SO i knew this girl who used to say she was a system and stuff she also had alters Obviously and she had like. alters of sinks and mics & also said things that like the other two system friends i knew disagreed with (like how it feels being a host/etc etc i don't remember i was like 14) i dont know how That works but i usedto tell my friends i think that system friend is faking so i was fakeclaiming someone and i feel so bad like yes That system friend did get exposed for faking to fit in but i feel bad Because i didnt actually know whether she was faking or not and i was just shittalking Her. its kinda why i wanna be Less Judging cuz this time she was actually faking but what if the next time im judging someone they turn out 2 Not be Lying?🥲 #Sorry Its js that this reminded me of rhat time💔I was so mean when i was 14 actually
One of the main reasons I do not engage in system spaces is due to how people tend to exaggerate & misunderstand the disorder. This is not to say everyone who does this is faking—intentionally or not. I find it hard to trust anyone who doesn’t treat their plurality as the debilitating disorder it is, & appear to have meticulously curated everything for each individual alter perfectly.
Could this post have been worded better? Sure. But I agree with the intent regardless, because faking & misinformation has become far too common, especially in these online spaces.
