I think so, just because coming to terms with those feelings would require him to come to terms with a lot of his own identity issues. If we get rid of the self-acceptance problem I definitely think there would be a behavioral shift...unless he does enough mental gymnastics to convince himself that this is somehow All Sunoo's Fault or that he's Effeminate Enough where attraction makes sense (<--thereby not having to sacrifice his self-imposed heteroprison) I think the more lighthearted teasing is just part of his character so that stays. The subtle attempts at asserting dominance would be gone, though. He'd allow himself to be doted on a bit. His incessant orbiting/hovering around Sunoo would also turn into like, direct physical contact proximity all the time.
