i was just working on it today 💜 i had a tough week following some new job responsibilities (which will fortunately be reflected in my paycheck lol) so it was nice being able to sit down by my laptop and do stuff for me for a change. i appreciate you cheering me on and being with me on this journey 🫶 it was always going to be a long one, so it’s nice to have company!

Indeed, the call cuts off after half a beep, replaced by an automatic message: In a meeting. It is the only response that Jeongguk ever uses. Namjoon could try him again, but he would have a better chance at making Hong Jinae laugh.
 
Jeongguk rarely ever calls back.
