Hullo i have question.... were u wild in college/highdchool like partying out late ir were u more reserved?? I am a cimmuter so i have to be careful w taking the last train etc. For the next year i have applied to college in another city, where all the pubs and stuff are closer, which i think will aid me in this asoect. I just feel kinda bad ab being the "prudish" friend who doesn't go out a lot, so i was wondering how u were at ca 19/20 yrs old. I love ur writing!!
hi anon! i would definitely not say i was wild in college, certainly not in high school. my first year of college my only friends were friends from back home who i talked on the phone/online with, i didn’t go to any parties or socialize with anyone and spent most nights in my bed on my computer. it took a couple years for me to make friends, but once i did it was a whole different story—i have always been a night owl, and combined with drinks and (drugs) i def had somw late nights. nowadays, i’ve come to realize i’m much more of an extravert who does like to go out just as much as i like a night in, but everything in moderation, because i do love a night in!
here’s the thing: i wouldn’t worry so much about being thought of as “the prudish friend who doesn’t go out.” if you don’t want to go out, don’t go out. if you DO want to go out and it’s just travel logistics that are stopping you, i think moving somewhere with closer bars will definitely help. but don’t do anything just because you’re worried what people think of you. i think that’s something it’s really hard to embrace at 19/20 years old. give it another decade and you’ll see how wonderful it is to tell your friends “count me out tonight, my couch/bed/sweatpants are calling me.”

hi!! i was wondering how you feel about cheating in fics? it's not something i condone irl but reading fics about it can be hot (for example, skz family fics with lina/jisung, seungmin/hyunjin etc etc).
