when people act two-faced, or they deliberately dont tell you if they are mad at you or lie and say they are not but tell others they are.... been happening a lot in my irl life and its making me so anxious T_T

communication is so important within all types of relationships, and especially when they involve someone on the spectrum such as myself. why not just talk things out peacefully D: it bothers me sooooo much.
