I mean my other fics where they switch include top yj! but doing one with solely top yj? i’m 99% sure I will not 😭 I prefer them to switch so unless i’m writing a one shot that’s too short for switching to happen, then they’re both going to do both. especially with longer pieces, not only is it my preference but I also think i’d get bored writing only one dynamic. and in my opinion, it’s just more realistic that way.

also, the VAST majority of bmjn fics are top yj so if I ever didn’t have them switch, i’d most likely do top bg 🤷🏻‍♀️ there’s mostly top yj out there so i’d like to add to a tag that doesn’t get as much traffic.

if you don’t like the dynamic, you don’t have to read, of course. for me, writing is very self-indulgent so I like to write what I like. i’m very very very aware that my preferences don’t line up with a lot of people in this space and i’ve known that since I first started posting. but i’d rather write things I enjoy and have less readers than write things that don’t feel genuine to my preferences. if you decide to give it a chance, I hope you enjoy, and if not, that’s okay too! 🙂‍↕️
