being clear here I don't support ai technology, but isn't it a bit of a double standard that TCRF hosts leaked gigaleak content from Nintendo yet you don't want to host AI content such as the recent swtich 2 stuff as the technology is unethical, yet the information posted there from the gigaleaks, which contained personal phone numbers and adresses of Nintendo personnel was freely allowed to be posted?
I'm trying to come at this in good faith yet why is one allowed and the other isn't?

The gigaleak by comparison is something they don't seem to really care much about when it comes to people talking about and sharing their discoveries (although we still have a policy to not directly host any of the unedited files from the leak), but Nintendo's currently active platform that they very clearly did not and do not want people digging into right now is a different story entirely
