Same thing with Kana becoming Ysabelle. Bathroom stalls are your friends. Also, the general rule is don't be in dragon form in the general public, so it'd be rare to be out and about in the form. It'd be something you do when you leave the house and don't change back until you get back. Kinda like the Glamour thing from Fables/The Wolf Among Us.

I haven't really thought how it looks like during the transformation but I'm thinking it would just be looking like something changed but your brain can't quite comprehend what's happening.
