In the Hazel Town murder mystery adventure game, who is the murderer and victim?
Well, I can't tell you that! That would be spoilers!
How many flippers is the best amount of flippers on a pinball machine?
2 is about as much as my brain can handle, but I do like a 3 flipper one just for a little variety.
Inspiration for the name Hazel Town?
A few things, actually
1) I have Hazel eyes
2) I had just read Watership Down
3) I like the cadence of names of towns that are "x Town" and, in particular, liked the way the name Apple Town Story flowed when said out loud.

Since its been annoying us lately: how do you think about the colors you'll use for the ol' scrimblos? Try to keep to a certain number? Use any tools?
I do try to vary color, so I'm not having too many be the same color and to keep things interesting. Usually when I'm thinking of a scrimblo I think of like the base of what I want them to be and then go for complements because I'm a sucker for complementary colors for eyes and the such.

This page in particular is usually always open when I'm coming up with a scrimblo and I usually just play around with stuff.
Other than that, mostly vibes based, unfortunately.
I think this got lost in last week's network trouble. Do you have a game mechanic you wish you could see explored again?
Oh possibly, I'll make sure to answer it now. Tank controls seem to be the control mechanic du jour when it comes to discourse, but a control scheme I'd like to see more of is how Virtual Hydlide and Megaman Legends controlled where you have free movement on the left hand side and you turned with the shoulder buttons. I feel that the turning could be easily mapped to the right stick and looking up and down mapped to up and down on the right stick.
There's a game that didn't come out in the states called Gungage that I think if you sped up the aiming speed that it would be a fantastic template for a game where aiming finesse was less focused on and it was more a game about positioning and figuring out how to handle what enemies there were in the area, that it could be a real neat game.
how do you keep track of having so many different characters. is excel involved
I do have spreadsheets involved for the finer details (though I use Google Sheets over Excel).
It also helps that as one of my main fixations, they generally keep fresher in my mind than other things I guess?
What is a forbidden pizza topping, for you?
If by forbidden you mean one that I will refuse to touch, anchovies because I hate fish. If you mean cursed, pickles.
How do you feel about Sim City
It's a series that every once in a blue moon I'll get the urge to tinker with. Sim City it'self I think is fine in 2000, 3000, or 4 varieties. I find the first one to be a bit too simplistic. If I were to play a city builder though, it'd probably be Cities Skylines over going back to the SimCity games.
Have you ever truly used tilt controls?
Yes. I can get behind some of the ideas of using gyroscope controls, but I've never found the solution that works 100% of the time.
