What do you do when someone shares heavy stuff online, but you're too drained to even see it? How do you not become a sponge?

Uh. I skip the post and take a deep breath if I have accidentally read it. I once stumble upon an account that consistently posting the same vibe all over and so I muted it, trying to make room for my own comfort.
