why do you take your Estrogen at 9pm and not earlier?
was using it to make you take a break during stream the point?
or did you take it then before you started streaming?
I take it at 9pm because before I started gender-affirming care, I already had daily meds for a chronic illness twice a day, with the second being at 9pm, so it easy to just also do my E at that time! It just also happens to make for a perfect break moment in roughly the middle of my streams :>
