Genuine question. Does HRT affect your sexual desires and sex life? Like, has it gotten noticeably different in how often you engage with your partners or self?

Sex life.
Very optimistic but I have any form sexual activity 2-3 times a year if Im lucky

Otherwise, it made me have less urges i.e. I only do self stuff once every 2 months if atall. Some of that is due to extreme dysphoria killing desire though
