At first I thought. Oh. This is just an odd thing. Ok, people like what they like. But then I found out that people make complex lore and societal structures, entire class systems, speculative biology, all off this hard work just to get anime boys pregnant. I am not the CABLEG0RE I once was...

And all that research just for me to not even fucking. Know. I dont know, Anon. I know too much. Personally I'd shoot for beta or whatevers the closest equivalent to an average person i genuinley cannot see him leaning super heavy one way or the other. Alternatiely, you can pick whichever makes you the most happy go wild LMAO

I have a few gals actually, but a good few of them are DnD OCs or belong to other stories/projects I haven't talked about much and I'm never really sure if people would be super interested since its a big shift from what I normally do. But there's also a couple of women in Direct to Video that I'm working on too and just haven't shared a whole lot of yet! :]

For DtV one lady who I'm working on in particular right now is Anh/Anne, she's an anesthesiologist who works at the same dental practice as Joseph and Mike. She's in her 50s and nearing retirement age and has worked with Joe for a good while. Shes very social and generally very well liked around town, especially with other women. She's a lot more outgoing and generally is just a lot more approachable than the other guys I've talked about so far but shes also very quick to call people on their bullshit. Jacob really dislikes her because of this, she sees through him really easily and it pisses him off. I have stuff I wanna draw with her eventually I just haven't had much time to do a whole lot of personal work...

One of the DnD OCs id like to talk about is Sigil!! I turned her into an OC after we finished the campaign with her! She's a warforged wizard who studied magic and alchemy with the help of the guy who made her (who she considers her father). After setting off on her own for the first time with a (very incompetent) group of mercenaries, they all ended up in this terrible fucked up evil ass hell pocket dimension (courtsey of my DM torturing us all LMAO) and after the campaign she's made it a goal of hers to help others with weird niche supernatural issues. Any sort of unknown entity or magic, learning about it has become her field of expertise. In her off time she helps her dad with his potion shop. Ive wanted to make some kind of episodic horror comic or animations or something with her as a side project because I love her a lot

But yeahyeah this is a fun question!! I don't really ever think about most of my OCs in context of like. Fighting. Or having super flashy powers. So a superhero AU sort of thing is fun to think about. :]

Full disclosure, I dont think most of them would actually take on the role of a hero or villian even if they did have powers. Maybe Joe would try it for like 2 seconds for the attention and notoriety but fail miserably or get his shit beat in and quit as soon as it got too real. He might be willing to work as a medic of sorts tho!

As for the powers themselves. For Joe I would imagine something like a version of things he can already do and also flavored to be more superpower-y. Im thinking like, some really basic regenerative abilities, maybe a high tolerance to pain. Things that make him a little bit more durable but not enough to be successful as an actual hero or anything.

I dont have many power ideas for Mike, other than I think it'd be kind of funny and ironic for a man who runs from his problems and confrontation to be able to turn invisible sometimes lmao. I doubt he'd have the stomach to be a hero either.

Now Jacob, I could totally see him being some kind of small-time bad guy. He's someone who loves any sort of easy money so if he had powers and could easily skirt the consequences he'd 100% be out robbing banks n shit. Since his whole thing is being a failed filmographer I think it'd be fun if his powers were themed around it. Like maybe being able to like rewind himself to avoid shit or jump cut through things. Idk its fun to think about maybe if I ever have the time I could make an actual AU lol. Sorry if this feels half baked or anything tho, like I said I dont really often think about them in scenarios like this so its not something I've had much time to cook up lol

Yeah yeah!! I'm working on making some stuff related to him & a TH bio soon but im the meantime I'm happy to give some fun facts and talk about him a bit.

He works with Joseph, he's a Dental Technician! He does work like making custom crowns and dentures for people, he likes the job because its not very public-facing and he can keep to himself for the most part. He's also relatively new to the clinic, just recently hired after moving into town (originally from Kentucky!!)

Hes a man dealing with a lot of intrusive thoughts and it leads him to being very self destructive as a distraction or even sometimes as a form of self-punishment. Hes a "functioning alcoholic" and also gambles a good chunk of his money away- partially as a distraction and partially because he unconsciously feels like he isn't deserving of having more than the bare minimum.

He really should make friends! A support system would do him good, he can be pretty avoidant tho so he has a track record of running away from people or his problems.

Some other fun facts about him are that he enjoys drawing in his free time, he is a huge fan of horror movies, is a huge fucking nerd, and also if you took his glasses he would not be able to see SHIT his eyes are very very bad.
