hello all,
do you like being known? who are you more comfortable with: the familiar, or the stranger?
to me, there's a difference between being "known" and "understood". i prefer the latter. do i like being known? i suppose people can know many things about me but still find in incomprehensible. i like being understood. i'm usually comfortable with things familiar to me, a constant safety i can depend on. the stranger isn't that bad to me, but the mix of fear and curiosity i get when interacting with things i don't know makes me not have any particularly strong feelings.
hm. i like having close friends even if not a lot of them; being famous would be fun if it was something like v-tubing, where i could keep my life private while still being recognized by many strangers. that said i'm... very socially awkward and a chatterbox so i probably wouldn't make it big even if i were to try my best... ;
i want my coolness to be known 🤤 but not enough for my cringefail to be seen cause i'll start tweaking. im more comfortable with stranger though
it depends on the context I guess? I like to keep my circle relatively small since I get social burn out quickly and tend to prefer my own company. generally I don't like to be perceived and would like to maintain an acceptable distance from people, i.e. not interact them more than necessary. If I intentionally seek someone out, that's a different story.
I like being known!! the familiar is so fun I love when people know me like yes eys' yes
