what is quantum decoherence, and why don't we see superpositions of cats?
Quantum decoherence, according to its connotation, it is the process by which a quantum system loses its coherence due to unintentional entanglement with its environment, leading to computational errors and the loss of quantum information. In short, it explains why we don't see superpositions in the everyday world. In Schrödinger using a cat as the experimental object inside a closed off box. At the end of the hour, the cat could be said to be both alive and dead. We can't see superpositions of cats because it is constantly interacting with the environment, making it harder to define reality.
