what is quantum decoherence, and why don't we see superpositions of cats?
Quantum decoherence, according to its connotation, it is the process by which a quantum system loses its coherence due to unintentional entanglement with its environment, leading to computational errors and the loss of quantum information. In short, it explains why we don't see superpositions in the everyday world. In Schrödinger using a cat as the experimental object inside a closed off box. At the end of the hour, the cat could be said to be both alive and dead. We can't see superpositions of cats because it is constantly interacting with the environment, making it harder to define reality.
hi! saw your "quick clutch memorization" post. just wondering what your program is (if you're in college)? you don't have to answer if it makes you uncomfortable. have a great night :)
Oh, I apologize for replying just now. I am currently a graduating senior high school student under the strand Humanities in Social Sciences. I am simply memorizing some topics that I have discussed in front of CESC teacher which ended well.
hello.
hi, how are you?
why does our universe exist with precisely the physical constants that allow life, rather than collapsing or expanding into lifelessness?
hmm, another one? sure.
if entangled particles influence each other instantly, how does this avoid violating relativity's speed limit?
I don't know, ask the particles. /j
can altruism ever be truly selfless, or is it always at some level driven by self interest (emotional satisfaction, reputation, etc.)?
hold your horses, I'll answer that.
