every time theres a court session i read through the updates with breakfast nodding my head like oh theres no way journalists are twisting it this time and when i get home im reminded theres literally no hope 😭 everyone’s used to it but for some reason i cant help but have a bit of hope

imo this is all intentional. ador wants to do anything to tarnish newjeans’ brand and if that means removing mhd and adding new members they will definitely do it. there is a reason they announced it on the last day to file the appeal, there’s a reason they only targeted the minors who have no choice and are easier to control,,, they need a way to control the brand and ip rights and the best way to do that is split them up.

i don’t exactly know and i’m not sure i should be speculating. but i think it’s mainly that he has been the primary person negotiating with ador, and since hyein is a minor she can’t sign for herself. but it’s valid to be frustrated,, i wish hyein could make her own choices. and i haven’t heard about dispatch news so idk?
