YES that’s my favorite thing about them.. xl always tries to act so confident around js but when it comes to actually making a move, he shies away very easily.. i’d say he’s gotten a lot better at making moves since predebut days though because he used to not even be able to look js in the eye like AT ALL and would kinda get nervous whenever they got touchy it was so funny 😭😭 they started getting a lot closer during dec-jan so now xl doesn’t have that nervous look anymore and their skinship is way more prevalent, sometimes TOO prevalent 👀
also yes xl is the most clingy cat ever im like 99% sure he would lay his head on js’s lap seeking attention if the chance ever arises but he has to do it in a way that ppl take it as normal (aka through his shenanigans like that one clip of making a grand show just to get his hand around js) or else it would take a hit to his ego, this is for on cam situations tho.. i think off cam he would genuinely do smth like that without hesitation, like a whiny little cat when the attention is off of them for too long.
another thing is i also haven’t stopped thinking about the neck grab esp because of how unnecessary it is and the fact xl got shy feeds into the fact that xinseo are in the tiptoeing-around-each-other stage of whatever crush/infatuationship they have with each other, maybe that will change in the content following up to their fancon hug though because i truly believe we witnessed a generational dynamic shift in xinseo with our own 2 eyes from that hug. hopefully xl was able to top js that night like how he’s always wanted 🙏
