Mingyu and Joshua are a bit complicated you see, they are friends, but Mingyu's also the first guy Joshua had kissed who wasn't Seungcheol. I would say they are friends who had that 'kissing and making out' phase I guess...

About Jeonghan knowing or not--that's something vague right now. Jeonghan had an idea that Joshua could run, but he doesn't know that he will actually do that. Stepping into his place at the altar and why he did that--you gotta be patient and wait for the second book!!!
