go with your intuition and your first thought if you keep overthinking and rereading it over and over it will always seem like it's not good enough especially if you're a perfectionist. just have fun with it, it should matter the most whether you yourself like it, but if you're still having second thoughts you can look at the reactions your wips got. if people like them i'm sure there's no need to worry about the rest of the fic
hello anon sorry I only just saw this now, thank you for the wisdom! you're absolutely right about not overthinking it, as a perfectionist I have to force myself to stop and move on so I make any progress at all... in terms of looking at reactions to wips I think since I made a new separate account for my writing + the fact that im working on a less popular pairing the reaction is kind of nonexistent but its okay!! I am writing this for myself esp my seongih fic is dear to me since its kind of my way of exploring and coming to terms with my sexuality ^^ anyways enough rambling on my end- thank you again for leaving such a reassuring message :)
