non sys shouldn't be using like sys terms right 🥹?? like I saw this person and they made it very clear that they're not a sys (they lit said they're not) and they use a bunch of sys terms
I can't tell if they're exclusively sys terms bc they use them and I'm not ENTIRELY educated on the topic but I know enough about it to sorta know I don't sound like an absolute idiot saying this I guess?
Maybe I'm uneducated..

oomfs and nonoomfs pls help

ewh what lowk who r they feeling 😭😭😭 that's just so invalidating an stigmatizig for people who do actually have did/osdd like hello 😭😭 wait also what terms since I'm kinda educated in DID and its temrmonalgy a ND studf 😏😏 smirk like a sigma alpha

depends. they're not a system but they can have [c]pstd or some kind of cdd severe enough to warrant 'host' n 'memory holder'. it sounds like they're referring to anp and enp, without enough context. it's important to remember that systems can discover themselves at any time.

i dont think so ?? but i do have some resources, here ill include one!
