hello all,
which is most important:
individual connection—the new, what is to come of the new...that way that one-on-one isolation is special,
OR
all connection—the old, what is to come of the addition to "you" (or all that you are) that the "new" is...community.
this is...obviously extremely subjective. i'm asking if you are all you have been. surely some of you are trying to start new, and start alone, and personal, yes? it can be pretty daunting to start alone in a communal sense...
i wont lie i pondered about how to answer this question for like 10 minutes😭 i think i got it now..❗️
i prefer connecting to all sorts of people, as i want to get to know more about other perspectives and ideas :3 i dont want to be limited to just a few ideals and values, and i believe that every person’s rule of living is different, and i want to get to know theirs! though, i dont necessarily succeed in that aspect most of the time, mostly due to awkwardness of asking serious questions right from the start and/or talking about stuff like this mostly isnt on brand for me, so itd be tricky to do that.
there is some merit to talking to people one-on-one, but im not particularly skilled in that regard :’) i seldom can find the words i want to say, and i overthink everything in individual talk RRR so i would fare far better in group discussions cus the focus isnt solely on me, and i like that yay !!
i do think its likely that i carry everything i considered as valuable and absorb it and make it a part of me, and also even some stuff that i didnt like too, because thats what i learned and i cant really unlearn something by myself if its been unconsciously drilled into my head for a long time.. its also what i dont like about myself :<
in short, i probably have FOMO .!
