Sasuke does care a lot about Sakura, but he does not sincerely return her feelings. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
🍥 ᯓ. Sasuke was a direct cause to MULTIPLE of Naruto's Nine Tails Chakra awakenings. Most notable examples being during their fight against Haku where Naruto first awakened Kurama, and during his fight against Orochimaru in Shippuden where he enters the Four-Tailed Version 2 state. In these specific times, Naruto is extremely protective of him.
