My thoughts would be like costume/prosthetic/large clothes assimilation.

Like, someone stuffs balloons down their pants, jokes about having a big butt, goes to remove the balloons but surprise they got a big bubble butt now. Or the clothes are big, and then their body instantly fills out to fit the space.
