Wait, now you say you discourage posting only first chapter, but a few months ago you said it's absolutely okay, and last year it was "absolutely not OK". Which one is it then?

My apologies that this was unclear. We prefer submissions of complete fics, but understand that sometimes that's not possible - in that case, you are welcome to submit only the first chapter and we will post it with the other submissions.
This policy has changed from past years, when this was not permitted.
