Can I post only first chapter or do we expect extension of deadline? I would love to have some spare time!

We can offer extensions through 9/21 for inclusion with the rest of the collection - if you need one, please DM us on one of the platforms or in the discord (or you can send a follow-up message here and we won't post it). We tend to discourage posting incomplete fics, but if it's the case that you'd like to post the first chapter, you are allowed to do so.
