girl just finished escape from reality (what a masterpiece if you ask me) and as I was gushing about it with a friend something came to mind, because I feel in hyunbini we always have changbin as the chaser and the yearner (which is actually real) but I can't help but wonder how would it be if it was hyunjin chasing and yearning for him (I know hyun kinda chases him in here, but bin had been in love with him for longer), what do you think that would look like?

I love that this idea has come up twice in a row.. This is fate. I can't lie, I feel like at baseline I try to make Hyunjin a bit of the more... Not chaser or yearner, but more crazy about love, if that makes sense? I feel like the way I write Changbin is someone who is so deeply in love with Hyunjin in a way that is actually pretty wholesome and bright, it's pure love and admiration. When I approach Hyunjin, I like to take into account about how romantic and loving he is yes, but also how quietly obsessed he can be? Like I love thinking about Hyunjin, how was so in tune what Changbin wanted, that he knew to pull away and practically change Hyunibini's dynamic so Changbin chased HIM. Someone who knows what he wants, and was willing to completely switch up and change so that he could.. You know. Get what he wants. So I think in the way I write Hyunjin, there is themes and undertones of him being just as big as a chaser and yearner, it's just not as written out and sweet as Changbin's. So I agree with you, literally 100%, that man is a yearner and he knows what he wants, and that is Changbin and his love.
Thank you so much for all this love? sobs. I can't lie, escape from reality is probably one of my favorite fics I've published. It's top three, for sure. I feel like it's such a fun take on such a canon dynamic for them, and to receive as much love as it did, I get so !??!!??! I love it. Thank you so much for reading and taking time out of your day to send me something that gets my brain flowing, it makes me so so so happy and makes me wanna write even more for you... I need to write more in Hyunjin's POV so I can fully dive into his crazy, crazily beautiful mind.. MWAH MWAH MWAH.

just read your what happens in busan ff! I loved it & it’s so cool that it’s possible to make prompts here :D The way you portrayed hyunibinis relationship was so cute & very realistic. Like the mutual obsession & silly separation anxiety lol anyways I have a little idea loosely based on that! How about jealous Hyunjin? Usually we see changbin in ffs be the „possessive“ one but I do think that Hyunjin can & will be quite possessive if he sees how for example Yeonjun or Wooyoung are clinging at Changbin. Hyunjin himself did tell us that „he couldn’t live without binnies attention/care“ 👀 maybe him throwing a pouty tantrum after realising that Changbins type is tall & pretty. Yeonjun & Wooyung fit the box. But we all know who fit in the box most and it’s Hyunjin ayo 🗣️

I agree so heavily, jealous + possessive Hyunjin is something that people rEALLY need to explore more. Hyunjin literally just loves with his entire heart, he is such a romantic at heart. But that also comes with the price of claiming what's his, changbin is HIS.. AND I love the idea of him not taking kindly to anybody else getting TOO CLOSE... especially when it comes to other groups, people he can't gauge and understand their intentions and such. tantrum Hyunjin is so hot and I will be thinking about this anon, keep your eyes peeled for some sort of incorporation of this..

if ur referring to ‘i wish i loved you less’ uhh.. yes! soon, i don’t know? im trying to make each chapter at least 12k+ words, and while that might be a walk in the park for some writers.. i am very slow.. i work at a snails pace, i cant lie. i take a lot of time to work on chapters so, will it be updated? yes of course. soon?? uhh… shrugs
if ur referring to any of my other chaptered fics i am so sorry but i dont have an answer LMAOOO i have 16k written on eternal sunshine that i’ve been picking at for months, and i would love to eventually wrap that up so i do hope so!!
sorry these are terrible answers. i am simply a mentally ill fic writer who gets distracted and sleeps a lot because i work night shift and my body is always confused. i promise my brain wants to get a chapter out despite my body’s lack of action of doing that ..
