the paragraph about tae thinking of creatively violent ways to kill kook really stood out to me, it was probably my fav part of the chp, I feel like it provided an insight into him, for someone who seemed like he had deliberately made himself desensitized to the injustices done to him, made himself accepting of them to show such a visceral reaction (considering he took a brave leap for himself and then it betrayed him) oof I really loved it!!
taehyung’s phlegmatic. but the betrayal fucked him up bc it was prolly the first time he rebeled and dared to hope for a better outcome by putting himself first. so just saying “jungkook broke his heart” would’ve felt shallow. i needed his hurt to manifest as something raw and volatile, not to ACT upon it but to SHOW his internal rupture. in a way, it also kinda puts his pacifist and calm nature to test (?) bc in spite of being furious, he takes control of the conversation and ends it after having the last word. an imp trait for a king if u ask me idk.
i was hoping he was NOT seen as a damsel in distress tho so this comment made me happy that you understood his character well.
