every fic starts in my notes app with character names and bullet pointed traits plus any random life info like who lives with who, jobs, etc and anything plotwise is Solely in my head except for a note titled "things that could happen" but thats for smaller bits like a scene idea rather than major plot plonts - i just remember those and they happen when they happen jejfrj radar radio is the first time ive actually sat down and planned phases of the fic! altho elliston road has 10 chapter subjects ready to plan 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️
