SomePeople forget that the internet is an open range space and you are going to see things that will make you upset. You are going to see things that will make you sad, angry, happy, and disgusted.

The best solution to this is to avoid it and curate your own experience. That doesn't mean your feelings are invalid when you see things you don't like, but you have the choice to filter out what you don't want to see.

No one is forcing you to look at the posts of other people. This is why I block liberally or simply choose not to interact with people. People are never going to always get along, and you will have to learn how to co-exist with different types of people.

There are evident things that you are allowed to be unhappy about because they're universally frowned upon, such as someone who spreads a dangerous or harmful ideology, agenda, etc. Someone who exposes younger people to things they shouldn't see, like pornography, gore, etc. If you make mistakes or say something upsetting, you can always apologize for these things, take accountability, and try to be more mindful moving forward. Socializing is a very complex thing, and people are never going to always agree on what's socially appropriate and what isn't.
