the general is certainly a military otaku. but probably only for the military of her own bizarre fictional country. she probably tries to post pictures of her looking cute and bratty where her room full of dirty laundry is clearly visible, gets roasted by everyone for her anime girl posters, etc. she is probably only famous for being a supervillain girlfailure who is somehow in charge of a country.
