Hi! I really wanna start getting interested on more books and poetic references and to have a good vocabulary as you do in your writing. Any recommendations & tips po? Hehe
hiii! i have some book recs for that but i think it really all boils down to just keep reading 😭 even fics on ao3 help. also vocabulary is just for extra points!! it’s always going to be how you construct your thoughts, that’s the thing you have to practice for hehe anyway i wish you more beautiful experiences to include in your writing!! here’s some recs: (1) Still Life with Oysters and Lemon by Mark Doty, (2) Bright Dead Things by Ada Limon, (3) Bluets by Maggie Nelson, (4) The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde (definitely an atf of mine mwehehe), (5) Crush by Richard Siken, (6) On Earth We’re Briefly Gorgeous by Ocean Vuong, (7) The Hurting Kind by Ada Limon, (8) Dream Work by Mary Oliver

I truly enjoyed "If I Wrote You a Letter, Would You Notice All the Words I Erased? (Ang Sumpaan)." It stayed with me long after I finished reading it, and I think that's one of the best things a piece of writing can do. hehe 😭 #keepwriting💗

Your mind is incredible. As a writer myself though not a professional one. I've been writing since I was 15, and I'm turning 19 soon.
