what matters more in a fic for you personally- the ship itself and how it builds up or the plot? (given that the genre may be sci-fi, horror, mystery etc) . i prefer plot-heavy fics!

usually i only read plot heavy stuff if my mutuals have written it (because i’ll read anything anyone ik has written). apart from that i usually stay away from very serious plots or genre changes like supernatural stuff etc because im lazy😭 im usually more focused on the ship i think,. this answers a mess jesus christ
