just to click for the most part! it's hard to quantify exactly what that is for me as it's rarely consistent, but if we share similar interests (sfw and nsfw) and find each other attractive, that's always a good start. i do have to get to know someone a bit before i engage with any kind of play, and trust is foundational to any healthy powerplay dynamic so i encourage open communication from both of us. that's basically it, though. i don't really overthink it, if the spark ain't there then there isn't much point in forcing it.
