What’s better, subs coming to you to ask to submit or waiting for you to be in the mood to pounce them?

see the issue is i prefer the latter, but i have a lot of folks who want me to zonk them and if left to my own devices then i tend to forget to get to those who are on the quieter side. so i guess it's just better to come to me and hope you've caught me when i'm in the mood!
