Let’s say I submit work that’s from an author I like, and then the author also submits their work. How does that work? Do they get limited to just the 4 works? (This would be if they DONT know I submitted their works)

i will be periodically checking for duplicate entries, so if someone does submit a duplicate work, they'll be contacted and allowed to change their submission!
