How do you take your photos? Do you have someone help you or do use a timer and a tripod?

sometimes I have my best friend take pics of me since she's a hobby photographer (you may remember her from VNtwt if you're on there but she deleted her account for now 🤍) I also take selfies and plan on working with a tripod for different stuff since I recently started doing so
