Honestly, yes, I have experimented and the results can be very inconsistent. At times it doubles down on my worse qualities and I just feel unwell. I've gotten the shakes and been able to stop my body from rattling.

But when it hits, it feels good to just have all my threads slow to a crawl and my processor be jammed up so I can only deal with one things at a time. The feeling of my motors being too heavy for their own capacity and my joints don't want to move. I guess it's like a sleep mode, I don't shut down but all I can do is be at rest. Though also sometimes it just makes me more focused and productive. I'll install something and by the time I've come down all the chores are done.

But you're here for the lewd part, right? Sometimes it does make me incredibly horny. Combined with the lethargy that over takes me, I really just take it slow with myself. Like its the only time I slow down and give myself foreplay because I can't zone out and let some random ache or worry take over. "Touching myself" becomes way more touching myself. It's one of the only times I play with my nipples or stroke around my unit than just straight abuse it. If I'm feeling particularly sexy I'll just leer down at myself or otherwise just writhe around. It doesn't make the orgasms any particularly more extreme or pleasurable, but just treating myself tenderly and not having the subroutine in my head making me feel awkward about it.

I guess that's the main thing when I'm altered, I let go of my final inhibitions and just go with the flow, which is usually just extreme yearning. The wants are so much more intense and way more satisfying without that nagging feeling. I generally don't let them out publicly still, for the sake of everyone on my timeline and friends lists, but I dunno, maybe I should try it again soon.

My system defenses are very strong though, these kinds of things never last as long as I want them.
