why are people getting banned for roblox

another note: i banned their main account @songoku for both the racism and also accusing me of this. i understand you dont have the full picture, but they harrassed me for 2 days entire days. i wanted to file a police report, but i dont know the general area of where they live. at the time of the accusations i had been 18 for not even a month.
