I smiled a lot today! Gege took me to the beach, made me the most amazing miso soup, mom sent me home with my favorite frozen dim sum, my bed was cool and smelled nice, and my dog actually let me rest for once.

Oh, and apparently nobody had much to say about work once I turned off DND on my phone. 😂 Honestly, what a day!

I don't try to get rid of it right away. I let it sit with me for a while until it's not so loud anymore. Not everything needs fixing. Some things are just meant to be felt. And honestly … I choose what's worth caring about. Not everything deserves that much of me.
