jujur i really want to appreciate your characterization deh, minyib!! it feels like you genuinely put so much thought into every character you create, mulai dari their backgrounds, personalities, sampai the little things that shape how they see the world and react to certain situations. everything feels so carefully thought out, and you can tell that their actions aren't just there for the sake of the plot, but actually make sense considering who they are and what they've been through

saka yang tumbuh di keluarga yang gak selalu hadir buat dia, sampai akhirnya dia sendiri pun doesn't really know how to express his feelings or communicate what he needs. meanwhile, keenan tumbuh surrounded by so much love and attention, which naturally shapes the way he understands love and relationships. they're both coming from such different places, and i think that's what makes their dynamic so interesting to me

because honestly, if we only look at things from one person's POV, it's so easy to think that the other person is in the wrong. we can't help but feel frustrated sama salah satunya (re: saka di latest update 😭) karena we understand where the other person (keenan) is coming from more. but when you take a step back and try to understand both sides, you start to realize that it's not always about who's right or wrong. sometimes, they're just two people with completely different experiences, trying to navigate the same situation through the only ways of understanding love and life they've ever known

and i think there's something so bittersweet about that. it's like they're two sides of the same coin, shaped by different experiences and perspectives, both valid in their own ways, yet somehow still struggling to meet each other halfway. understanding where someone comes from doesn't necessarily mean agreeing with everything they do, but it allows us to see that there's always more to a person than what we see on the surface

and this is exactly what makes your characters feel so HUMAN, minyib. because people are complicated. we're shaped by the love we've received, the things we've lacked, and the experiences that have taught us how to navigate the world. sometimes, we hurt people without really knowing how to do better, and sometimes, the way we try to protect ourselves ends up hurting the people who care about us. i think that's what makes your characters feel so real, because their actions aren't always right, but you make us understand where they come from

i really love how your writing allows us to sit with that complexity instead of simply telling us who to root for or who's supposed to be the bad guy. you make us understand that people can have their own reasons, their own wounds, and their own ways of loving, even when those things end up hurting someone else. because at the end of the day, real life isn't always as black and white as we'd like it to be. sometimes, two people can genuinely care about each other and still fail to understand each other, simply because they've learned to see and navigate the world in different ways. and idk, there's just something so painfully human about that 😭🤍
