i still have them. at the beginning of the year they were so frecuent like four times a week or more, now they are less or ar least i dont remember them much. i have been talking ab it with my therapist and they probably might be because of everything thats going on in my country and in the world yk, i cant just pretend or try to be positive about it and those thoughts fly around my head nonstop. so yeah :D i cant even get medication if i want to, i need money for that lol this is the price of wokeism /j
