How do you control your anger when a ragebaiter gets under your skin? I mean, when they push your buttons so hard that you feel like you just can't ignore 'em. What's your go-to method for handling it?
i used to just keep quiet, but now i’m learning to be more open about what i feel. so when something gets under my skin, i try to express what upset me without turning it into a fight. i think talking things through calmly is better than letting the anger build up.
