Yo what's your favorite videogame or thing to do when you want to do something, but your head goes empty?

rn it's isaac. i kinda have a singleplayer game i grind whenever i go head empty. it was stardew for a while, then cookie clicker, now its isaac. preferably with the same coney video or 2 hour long video essay on monitor 2
