ooh interesting thoughts on haolong i’ve never thought about them like that🤔 maybe im just missing it but i feel like i don’t really see them interact substantially (for example xinlong rarely reacts to jiahao in the performance reaction cams (which i have to rely on for trainee interactions w jh bc there’s no screen time otherwise cry)) but something that’s been gagging me is hengyu saying he liked jh because he reminds him of taemin👀 like ok elaborate on How it made you feel i also do like haoxin a lot i feel like it’ll be rlly interesting to see how their relationship evolves considering anxin is such a social butterfly and hao keeps to himself. they fulfill so many tropes for me bc they both get rough w each other (ie jh choking him and ax grabbing his arm and clenching his jaw that one time) and enjoy that play… and just gentle indulgent older x pushy younger guy yup there’s a really crazy leowonhao fic not sure if you’ve seen but it seems up your alley.. also crying at them in home race trailer saying they miss bpc oh what we could’ve had…… like the lack of jh barbershop hdlz hanging in lzhs room is wounding me. i haven’t seen neumgeon but that actually makes so much sense to me, they’re so similarly.. abrasive? cut to liyu calling haneum a chuni and gws general toxic aura ok sorry for this crazy long dump.
haolong is more interesting to me conceptually right now, they really have barely interacted on camera and they don't seem super close out of the people in haidilaoz. its like my yaoi forecasting... haolong is like a wine that's being fermented right now its not ready yet.
hengyu saying he likes jiahao because of taemin... i think hengyu is actually a real freak. have you seen him calling various other guys (including those who are younger than him) oppa? and then saying at his fanmeeting that the word he wants to hear the most/encourages him the most/makes him happiest is oppa? he has a weird oppa kink and its very funny to me... haha...
haoxin is fun! i appreciate how comfortable they are with each other and how they adore each other. anxin thinks the world of jh and i think thats beautiful, plus the tropes you mentioned are fun. ill try looking for the leowonhao you mentioned lol. i miss b2p c as well... i wanted to see more of early show jiahao when he was cutting jack's hair and everything... ugh. sometimes i think about how people like jack and binghua haunt the meta-narrative long after they leave the show. planet k didnt get there until midway or latter parts of the show.
neumgeon is fascinating to me in theory and in the small bits they say or imply. like haneum saying theyve known each other since they were 15 really struck me. plus the cube boy nostalgia... i think they have a fondness for each other and a bond but theyve grown into different people now and they interact with each other in a different way... fascinating.
