How is your vision without your glasses? Do or will you ever drive without them?

It’s pretty blurry and i feel like my minus has gotten worse since the last time i checked (it was only -0.75). I feel kinda uncomfortable wearing glasses though so i sometimes drive with them and sometimes without :")
