What do you usually do when you’re having trouble falling asleep? Do you try things to help yourself sleep, or do you just do something else instead?
Tough question. I think I am a person who rather falls asleep when doing something than actually trying to make myself sleep (overthinker problem). But lately, roblox helps me fall asleep (sounds funny, i know) and asmr things. Like.. korean street food asmr? Villager asmr? That's my current haven.
