genuine question: if a judge were to be accused of a crime, was tried and declared innocent, could they still even be called Your Honor because doesn't that apply innocence always so they shouldn't even have been ACCUSED in the first place

i doubt theyd be referred to as your honor if there the one on trial considering theres a diff judge trying them
